Ms. Sitzes has a 30+ year background in community nursing and leadership. She has spent her career in leadership in hospitals and most notably in the community blazing a trail for home health services regionally in Southern Illinois.
She has used her knowledge and compassion to advocate for hospice services and patients, educating patients and families to be able to make informed decisions on care pathways and needs. She serves as a parish nurse and is a leader in her community.
Personal advocacy is a true gift and passion for Ms. Sitzes. She understands the importance of informed decisions and the need to help others to find their voice and guide outcomes for individuals and families.
